Enhancing Wellbeing & Strengthening Team Resilience
This engaging, memorable and fun full day workshop has a strong focus on using the growth mindset to strengthen mental fortitude and enhance both personal and team wellbeing. There will be opportunities to move around and work together in experiential team-based activities as well as time for individual reflection with a how these tools can be used within their respective businesses.

By the end of this workshop participants will:
Be able to think more powerfully about their ability to deal with adversity and change
Have identified tools to help strengthen physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
Understand the impact of the food they are eating and the influence it having on energy and mental stamina at work
As a team, have a shared, meaningful-fun experience where common language and expectations will be developed
For this workshop the above outcomes will be delivered in a
3-part training model:
1) Share ideas through engaging delivery and facilitated discussion. We will unpack the ideas in detail and participants will have the opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions on the various topics.
2) Challenge participants to apply ideas with meaningful and fun experiential individual and team-based challenges.
3) Review and apply insights to respective roles and day to day responsibilities.
