Taste Wine Opotiki

If you are wine curious, come along and discover how to work out what is good to try on the supermarket shelves.
What should specific varieties taste like? How does the winemaking effect the style? What are good food matches and how does food affect the taste of the wine?

You will participate in an interactive evening, with your own appraisal sheet, working through these questions and any others you have about the wines being tasted.

The ticket costs $50 each which includes the wine tasting matched with tasteful canapes to enhance the flavours.
